• Participated in the A-share IPO of YOFC (The world’s largest optical fiber and optical cable company) -Conducted due diligence of more than 30 subsidiaries & third parties, including site visit, stocktaking and data collection, maintaining close communication and contact with the clients, and established a long-term friendship and trust between CICC and clients -Participated in prospectus drafting, focusing on risk, business, strategy and use of proceeds; also assisted in the preparation of other CSRC fillings in relation to the IPO application -Drafted memos on various topics in response to internal committee’s feedback; compiled weekly reports• Participated in preparatory work of the A-share IPO of a large state-controlled bank -Assisted in preparing reports to the higher authorities, such as the State Council, the Ministry of Finance and CSRC -Assisted in crafting proposals on the issuance plan, as well as the memos and presentations• Other project experience -Assisted in drafting and updating the A-share prospectus of HARBIN BANK, revising bond listing memorandum for a state-controlled financial leasing company, and answering internal committee’s feedback -Actively involved in the due diligence, data mining and for projects including MEHECO, CNNC and Central Plains, was capable of completing work within a short timeframe independently -Represented the CICC IBD team in investigating potential [investment] targets with CCM colleagues and presented the findings to project leaders
