As a relatively high-performing student in Programming Methodology, I was recruited by the department to tutor students in the same course, one year my junior. Whilst in service as a Section Commander, I was responsible for the wellbeing of my men, as well as ensuring their competency.Taking the mantle of an Admin OIC, I ensured that the payroll of every individual in the rota consisting of over 40 men was done properly, handled attendance matters as well as various administrative matters within a team of 3-5 men. I also assisted in various matters across rotas, such as procuring a concise instruction manual for the equipment in the office to all rotas as well as procurement matters.Furthermore, as a logistics OIC, I took a short course on the movement and procurement of resources within SCDF across units and rotas under ILMS. I ensured that the movement of logistics across changes of rota is being handled responsibly as well as across other departments to and from my unit.Last, I assisted in leading training sessions for the rota to ensure that the competency of the rota is well.
