With over 10 years of work experience in human resources and business support, I am currently the Business Support Manager at ACWA Power, a leading developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants. In this role, I oversee the HR, administration, finance, and procurement functions of the company, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality standards. I also manage the recruitment, retention, and development of the talent pool, aligning the HR strategy with the business objectives and values. Previously, I worked as the Business Support Manager and Section Head at Jazlah Water Desalination Company, a subsidiary of ACWA Power, where I led the HR and business support operations of the water plant, handling payroll, contracts, budgeting, and reporting. Before joining ACWA Power, I was the HR Manager at Romalectro, a leading engineering and construction company, where I implemented HR policies, procedures, and systems, and coordinated the performance management, training, and employee relations activities. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from Saudi Electronic University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Jubail University College. I also have a SHRM membership and certifications in HR and recruiting. I am passionate about HR and business support, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams to achieve the company's vision and mission. I have a strong background and expertise in HR, recruiting, HR management, finance, and administration, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
