• Construction of G+1 residential buildings on different sites.• Ensure project progress by the project schedule.• Inspect, review and give technical comments on the design and construction drawing submitted by the consultant.• Coordinate with sub-contractor & suppliers.• Attend site/technical meetings to monitor the project implementation and progress.• Make sound decisions under a tight deadline• Ensure effective utilization of resources. (manpower and equipment)

• Planning day-to-day site activity and supervising the work at the site.• Ensure the execution of the site works as per approved drawings and specifications.• Preparing inspection requests and obtaining consultant's approvals.• Preparing daily reports and submitting them to the project engineer/consultant.• Tracking schedule and materials.
