I am trying to use the experience I have gained in various managerial positions in the SIEMENS Group for the benefit and further development of our company IXPERTA. Together with my co-workers we are trying to build our company into a strong player on the ICT market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In order to succeed, you have to be different and better than your competitors. For us, that differentiator is clearly our people, who manage to uniquely connect the worlds of software development and delivery of complex ICT solutions. The world is complicated and complex, simple solutions don't work very well. It takes deep knowledge, experience, the ability to connect individual systems and, most importantly, to listen to the customer. My current position is focused on strategic development, finding new business opportunities and managing people.
