I am a seasoned Business Coach, Business Valuator, Management Consultant, Exit Planning Advisor, and Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor. I started my professional career 17 years ago as a NASA Scientist with an MS degree in Optics from University of Rochester, NY. After about 5 years, I became bored with the "black and white" world of science, added an MBA degree to my academic credentials, and spent next 5 years working for several Fortune 1000 companies in Marketing and Finance Management roles. As one of the early partners of Galliard Group since 2005, I grew this organization into a nationwide consulting firm with over 40 licensed family business advisors. I have sold my shares of Galliard Group partnership in 2010 and joined Pro/Vision Coaching as the Chief Operating Officer and Head Business Coach. In 2014, I decided to return to my original business coaching & consulting firm - Synergy Business Development. In 2016, I also became part of ACT Capital Advisors as a Managing Director to expand the business exit planing & implementation focus of Synergy Business Development.
