Understand Measuring Tools for Quality Process, Standard ISO & Laboratorium Process. I'm positioned in a Common Quality Control Pindo 1. My main responsibility are :1) Ensure a chemical trial procedure test in Mill 1 accordingly. 2) Responsible in quality checka. Wet End Test :- FPR (First Per Retention) & Total Filler PM(Paper Machine) 6 & 7- Coating Color & Starch Additif- Calcium Carbonate Fillerb. Paper Test- Paper PM6 - OMC2 (Offline Machine Coating) - Autoline, Shade, Strength, etc- Paper PM7 - Autoline, Shade, Strength, etc- Dry Pick, Mottling, Sizing Test (Cobb) & Dirt Count3) Fill and send report including Daily Top 5 Chemical & Paper Crack.4) Fill SAP Data pertaining Pindo Coating & Pindo Filler Components5) Receive other department request regarding quality check.6) Actively apply ISO 17025:2017 in Laboratorium QC PD 1
