About Hajo Rapp

Based on my consulting background, practicle experiences in Sales and Account Mangement and some Headquarter years I feel prepared to steer the development of large Sales organizations for increasing long term growth. Working in global teams across different industries was always my passion as I do love complexity. AI has been on my agenda since my masterthesis and Sustainability since my phd. Having started my sales career in IT I see digitalization as a core business enabler. At TÜV SÜD I am managing Key Account Management/ Strategic Account Management, Industries Sales, International Sales, Cross Silo Cooperation and Global Virtual Teams for sustainable growth.At the Strategic Account Management Association I am serving on the Executive Commitee of the Board of Directors for sharing and learning new sales content. At Springer Sales Excellence Consulting Committee it am working on giving Sales as higher appraisal.At University of Reutlingen I love to support the development of young Sales talents.
