-Responsible for the activities related to the commercialization of new products collaborating with research and development to lead efforts to scale up the product in the plant.-Lead the process safety management regulated process implementation and maintenance activities including the management of change requirements not limited to creating standard operating procedures and training.-Review and recommend manufacturing equipment and processes designed to be safe, efficient and cost effective to promote quality and reliability and act as the key point of contact for risk analysis and technical feasibility review for actions to correct process upsets.-Lead capital and expense projects and ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget and perform at or above expectations per company project delivery process and applicable standards.-Communicate and partner with the commercial group on a regular basis to ensure operations exceed expectations.-Provide mentoring and coaching to develop team members, which include technicians, new engineers and interns.

- Ensuring compliance with the local&national health, safety and environmental (EHS) regulation within the Plant, conducting at least yearly EHS Legislation Compliance Audit, reporting audit to management and following actions-Daily site tours, inspectionsLOTO & permit to Work audits and assessing the complianceReporting to related people-Assessing unsafe act-conditions and Near Miss Reports, following up actions and reporting monthly.-Planning, participating, documenting internal audits, monthly EHS Committees, management review meetings and drillings-Organizing/ Attending daily morning meetings, EHS Meetings, Risk Analysis, Environmental Impact Assessments, SIF assessments, Lifesavers field checks and following corrective actions identified.-Assessing changes doing on site via management of change-Generating/Reviewing EHS documents and keep in them update.-Assessing incidents happening in other locations, defining required actions and following actions-Incident reporting in timely manner, attending RCA and following actions-Waste management-Making legislative declarations-Establishing, maintaining, following and verification of greenhouse gasses emission plan-Planning EHS Trainings (delivering training for contractors / new employees /employees as plannedfollowing given on the job EHS Trainings for contractors)-Reporting EHS data to Corporate-Maintaining ISO 14001& 45001 management systems & acting as a Management representative-Reporting to environmental management system performance to management-Deploying Corporate EHS initiative at site-Following, taking role in EHS Capex projects-Managing site process safety issues-Estaibling the SEVESO program-Managing ehs part in build projects
