• Overseeing the activities of Foreign Trade Department at Oruçoğlu Yağları which is the leading integrated organization of its industry with 1000 ton/day oil seed processing, 300-ton refinery oil production and 600 ton/day seed meal production capacities,• Managing the import activities by analyzing the warehouse availability and shipping times for materials to be received after purchasing; ensuring all preparations for storage, customs clearance and taxation are made; completing financial transactions and issuing required reports for management,• Administrating the export transactions by directing team members to carry out sales activities and establish customer relations by distributing regions, countries, customers and potential customers to each team member; managing the necessary production, storage, loading and logistics operations after negotiation and sales activities,• Following up import, export and sectoral incentives on behalf of the company; summarizing necessary financial forecasts such as international finance management, hedge, forward, option and reporting to the finance department; also managing processes such as developing and implementing international & domestic contracts.

• Administrating the foreign trade operations at Şuayp Demirel İthalat İhracat which is a high-quality marble and travertine manufacturing company by overseeing the order management, warehousing, logistics, documentation and transactions at the company,• Managing the shipping activities by following up the container procurement from forwarder or liner companies if needed, ensuring the container layout is according to current INCOTERMS and UCP rules before loading the blocks produced and sold, organizing the lashing and customs clearance procedures, realization of product shipment as well as completion of invoices and customs procedures,• Generating necessary reporting and documentation such as relevant documents according to letter of credit and other payments methods, monthly transactions, sales & transportation as well as delivery tracking etc.

• Overseeing the foreign trade and production activities from beginning to end by; planning the production activities, selecting the appropriate raw materials for production, following up the order confirmation, organizing the shipment of the produced materials after eligibility control,• Administrating the recruitment process for the production business unit by working collaboratively with human resources department, meeting with candidates and interviewing with them, performing accurate placement by matching the individual’s skills to production operation needs,• Monitoring the production processes of mine pits in two different locations, planning and adjusting schedules, monitoring productivity rates and product standards while ensuring that the production will be cost effective.

• Overseeing the import and export operations along with production and stock management activities at Oruçoğlu Yağları which is the leading integrated organization of its industry with 1000 ton/day oil seed processing, 300-ton refinery oil production and 600 ton/day seed meal production capacities,• Managing the import operations by following up the transportation of the products supplied internationally as well as the customs clearance to transferring the factory; also following up the inward processing license for import & export activities,• Carrying out the export operations by collecting foreign orders and preparing the necessary documents for export activities according to the necessary country/region-based legislation, transferring the orders to customs while ensuring the customs procedures are applied correctly,• Following up the production and storage of the goods; overall transportation of the manufactured products; tracking contracts, payments, sales activities and purchases as well as keeping track of the Development Agency Grant Support Projects documentation.

• Acting as the Foreign Trade Manager at Aydın Mermer Sanayi located in Afyon by overseeing the international orders including production, selection, warehousing, shipping and after sales services.
