I started my working life as an analyst in the Düzen Laboratory Groups in 2003 and my entire working life after that was spent in the around the laboratory . I worked as an analyst for 10 years i worked with especially blood, plasma,serum, urine, kidney stones and similar human samples.  I have been working in the Quality Control Department at Dinçsa Pharmaceutical Industry Trade and Inc. since September 2013.and as a chief since July 2014. I have never been disconnected from analysis and laboratory devices.      I qualify about most of Pharmaceutical Quality control laboratory devices.-HPLC, -UPLC, -GC, -LC/MS, -FTIR, -PSD,-Uv spectrometer,-Dissolution,-Disintegration, -Refractive index, -Titrator, -Rheometer,-Loss on Drying devices,-Karl Fisher -Hardness, -Friability, etc.-I am good at learning to use new device and fix some troubleshoots.      Some of my responsiblities in my job are:-To communicate with companies for purchasing chemicals, laboratory stuffs and equipment spare parts,-To keep track of stocks through the SAP program,-Approving batch steps via the SAP program,-Training staff about analytical procedures and using devices,-Follow the maintenance and calibration periods of the devices and scheduling  technical service appointments,-To make the workchart plan of the department-Scheduling the department’s  days off-Selection raw materials using pharmacopias ( EP, USP, BP, etc.)-Cleaning validation analysis,-Water system sanitation analysis,-Some analytical method validations,-Reporting-To create procedure ( exp. SOP)GMP rules are valid in our factory. As a laboratory, carry out the necessary studies according to GMP.I am also working as a trainer of Hplc and Gc basic level, which lasts 2 days in total, in an educational institution that issues private and internationally recognized certificates.
