• Managing & coordinating all corporate sales activities performed by the sales channels (bank, direct sales force, brokers & agents)• Developing strategies to achieve business targets of corporate sales department• Setting the corporate sales goals of sales channels• Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales channels periodically• Training & coaching of the direct sales force• Creating marketing materials (brochures, manuals, presentations) for the group pension, group life & PA products

• Managing & coordinating all insurance sales activities through bank branches & alternative distribution channels (call center, ATM, online)• Formulating strategies to achieve business targets of Bancassurance department• Segmentation of existing insurance products among the ING bank sales channels • Developing “easy to sell” products for the bank branches & alternative distribution channels together with marketing & actuary departments • Managing day-to-day relations with the different segments of ING Bank (i.e. retail, SME or private banking segments)• Establishing the direct sales force system for the bank branches• Developing incentive programs for the sales force• Organizing periodic sales campaigns for the pension & life insurance products

Responsible for employee benefit insurances•Rendering consultancy and insurance brokerage services to the distinguished multinational & local companies of Turkey in various sectors (such as automotive, telecommunication, energy etc.), •Managing existing client relations according to the agreed service standarts,•Developing business with new clients by managing the entire sales process (from first contact with the prospect, till the after sales operational services),•Designing custom made insurance programs for our clients according to their specific needs and sectoral benchmarks,•Developing new insurance products which have opportunity to meet emerging client needs•Engaging in contractual agreements with insurers and clients,•Providing operative solutions and day-to-day support to our existing clients for the administration of insurance programs, resolution of client complaints and problems,•Establishing flexible benefits programs for the clients in various sectors,•Formulating sales strategies of the EB insurance department according to the market trends,•Setting the sales goals of the sales representatives, •Keeping track of the sales goals, evaluating the performance of sales rep.s periodically, •Training and coaching of the sales team,
