Network and Security Support Services at BDH company which is one of the 100% Netaş companies.

I worked as a Network&Security Support Services Manager. I managed Network, Collaboration and Security support teams.

I also managed daily network support services operations according to SLAs. Services planning, implementation, measurement and improvement lifecycle was one of my major responsibilities. I fulfilled resource assignments of network and security projects and services.
I managed processes and reporting of projects from the begining to the end for either financial or resource perspective of view. I was also responsible for coordination between Network and Security Support Services Department and Customer Service Management Department and the other service related departments, majorly Service Solutions Department.
