July 2005– January 2013 Inditex Group (Zara) Pull&Bear; Store Manager (Cevahir AVM)Cevahir Pull&Bear is the biggest one of 24 Pull&Bear stores in Turkey. I was responsible for organizing and managing sections (woman and man) in the store and leading a team of 25 members. My job requires coordinating daily activities as well as reaching the annual sales objectives. I was organizing the staff in order to guarantee their involvement. I was responsible to hire, dismissal, training and evaluation of their performance Also responsible of the store’s visual merchandising.
