Job Description:Project manager and process design engineer at investment of New Solvent Recovery Plant by 4th (Quadruple) Effect Distillation.Project Budget:33 Million DollarsResponsibilities:- Management of entire project work flow, process design, schedule, and budget flow.- Making decision on process alternatives.- Process design of selectted alternative.- Preparation of process flow diagrams with mass and energy balances.- Preparation of piping and instrumentation diagrams.- Preperation of equipment, instrument, and line lists.- Design of process equipments. (Distillation columns, heat exchangers, pumps, vacuum sys., etc.)- Determination of control philosophy and instrument types.- Preparation of equipment and instrument specification sheets for procurement.- Performing hazop studies.- Performing Atex studies to determine zone classification.- Design of interlock and emergency shut down (ESD) systems.- Evaluation of quotations.- Supervision for installation.- Preparation of operating manuals.- Taking part at commissioning and start up phase.- Preparation of as built documentation.- Hand over.
