Project entails reinforced concrete new structure as well as an existing historical building to be structurally reinforced /replaced internally and keeping the brick diaphragm. Exterior facades to be restored in conventional ways. Management involved structural, steel, restoration scopes and coordination of submittals, shop drawings, subcontractor and change order negotiations. Closeouts and warranties.
