The position is an senior experienced, leader engineering role within the company,Tupras Petroleum Refineries Corp, Headquarter.The major concern of the role is managing, coordinating, facilitating and consulting Process Safety, Loss Prevention,Major Hazards Management and Fire Engineering Studies, requiring high integration,knowledge,experience of all refinery processes mainly owned by other technical departments, and good communication skills. The main functions of the role summarised :•Manage,Coordinate and Facilitate as well as consult the Petroleum Refinery Operations and Project Departments on Process Safety, Loss Prevention, Risk and Fire Protection Engineering.•Responsible for Process Safety Management Project with DuPont Sustainable Solutions and performing as a team leader of Policy & Principles, KPIs, Incident Investigation, Process Hazard Analysis, MOC Personnel, Audits task teams •Responsible for tracking Key Performance Indicator (leading and lagging according to API 754) definition for tracking Process Safety performance of the refineries and reporting and presenting to top management•Hazardous Area Classification and ATEX and EN 60079 Compliance Reporting for New Projects and Process Modifications•Preparation of Tüpraş Process Safety Standards and Procedures •Managing and Coordinating SEVESO-II “Legislation on Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents and Reduction of Their Effects” studies ;-Preparation of the Safety Report for Government Authorities approval-Selection of Major Accident Equipment, performing DOW F&E Index-Facilitation of HazOp and Fault Tree & Event Tree Analysis-Performing Scenario modelling for Vapor Cloud Explosion, Pool Fire, Jet fire, Bleve, Toxic Gas Release-Preparation of Emergency Response Plans•Management of Change (MOC) Coordination•Risk Assurance and Coordination of company internal and external audits.•Review of Safe Operations Procedures, Start-Up and Shutdown Manuals as well as emergency
