Project comprise of demolishment works of existing hospital building and construction of a new 1,000 bed hospital building instead. New one, with 250,000 sqm indoor area, equipped with seismic base isolators for an uninterrupted service following a quake. First public hospital designed for being a candidate of LEED Gold Certificate. Equipped with energy saving systems to produce substantial power need from natural gas. I performed the site technical controls of the shopdrawings, material approval files, construction methods, progress payment and quantities. I attended the meetings with different groups / representatives from different disciplines such as Hospital Management, Provincial Health Directorate, the Employer, the Lender, the Contractor, the Subcontractor companies, the Leed Consultant, the Fire Consultant, the Medical Consultant. I made official correspondence, necessary presentations and reports in English & Turkish. I made Provisional Acceptance examinations and created the missing lists.
