I graduated from Turkish Naval High School and Naval Academy as a Navy Officer. I have my dual bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Electronics Engineering and Maritime Deck Officer.I began my professional journey as a Junior Navigation/Operations Officer and Combat Operations Center Officer at Mine Hunting Vessels (MHV). I was responsible for radio/crypto systems, navigation, and mine hunting operations. During my time in the Navy, I've visited several European countries and participated in international military exercises (such as SNMCMG-2). Subsequently, I attended Basic Helicopter Pilot Training, and served as a Naval Aviator (Seahawk Pilot) in the Turkish Navy. I had the opportunity to use both agile and receptive leadership styles and provided staff with training focused on improving their skills and developing a sense of ownership in their work.In continuation, I made a transition to the education world and worked as a Speaking Tutor at Wall Street English (Özlüce) to help people improve their speaking skills. Here, I gained experience in teaching, and communication. I have realized that teaching people is very enjoyable and satisfying. I've got 150-hour TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate from Arizona State University. Parallelly, I ventured into consultancy, currently serving as an English instructor and consultant at BG-TEK Cyber Security, where I meld my diverse experiences to offer tailored guidance.In my professional journey, I've been privileged to work in various sectors, allowing me to refine and expand my leadership abilities. I emphasize adaptability and believe in a collaborative, team-centric approach.
