I have a strong passion for education and have pursued teaching as a career for 20 years. I have experience teaching in diverse settings, including Russia, Africa, and America, which has given me a unique perspective on the education system and teaching practices in different parts of the world.In Russia, I have taught in a traditional classroom setting, where discipline and strict adherence to rules are emphasized. In Africa, I have taught in a more informal setting, where I had to improvise and be creative with limited resources. In America, I have taught in a more student-centered environment, where critical thinking and problem-solving skills are emphasized.Regardless of the location, I have a genuine interest in my students and their well-being. I prioritize creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.Overall, those experiences have made me adaptable, resourceful, and empathetic, allowing me to connect with my students from different backgrounds and effectively teach and support their diverse needs.
