I have worked more than 30 years in the IT industry, including 23 years at Oracle and have a lot of experience of problem solving not only in Oracle products, but the entire infrastructure including Networks, Operating System, etc.Today, I am Tech Manager at Oracle Consulting .At our customers I perform project management, planning, installations, upgrades and maintenance of the Oracle e-Business Suite, this includes the database, IAS and web server.During my time at Oracle, I have also worked six years in Support reactively solving customer issues both over the phone and onsite.My titles at Oracle have been Senior Technical Consultant, Principle Technical Consultant,Senior Principal Technical Consultant, Business Manager and now Technical Manager.I have an excellent attitude and approach to always solve customers' problems and ensure that the customer uses Oracle's products in the best way .Companies I work and worked with include Skanska, Astra, Scania, Electrolux, SEB, the Swedish Tax Agency, SAS, ICA, Apoteket AB and Fritidsresor.
