Electricity is produced by powering the generator with HP, IP and 2xLP turbines.Some of the projects and works I have been involved in:★ Support was given to the I&C team for many logic errors and alarm deficiencies.★ New methods have been developed with domestic production machines for DeNOx SCR catalyst cleaning.★ Measurements and studies were initiated to detect the losses in the condenser vacuum. Leaks were eliminated and efficiency was increased.★ Excel files with pivot feature have been prepared for more efficient querying of malfunctions that cause downtime.★ The feed water condition has been added to the logic to take part in the runback conditions of the thermal power plant.★ All pipes without insulation, which caused a significant inefficiency, were removed and their insulation was completed.★ New friends were brought to the team with the principle of merit. Current competence was evaluated using different methods.★ We didn't have a manager. With 3 teammates and our team of 90 people, we worked on many issues such as education, order and administrative processes in order to play an active role in the operation of the units. Show less

Ltd.).Some of the projects and works I have been involved in:★ I was in the team for the installation project of 2x600MW thermal power plant simulation systems. I was the team leader in operator training after installation.★ I prepared Turkish documents for the start-up and shutdown of the 2x600MW thermal power plant.★ The pipes in the boiler and turbine building were unidentified. As we set up teams, we labeled all the pipes in these buildings within 4 months. We developed a color standard depending on the temperature and type of the fluid. This standard was later used in all Eren Energy.★ I changed the operation type to prevent performance loss due to vacuum pump operation. Until this time, the loss over 10 million TL has been prevented.★ Sponge ball is used for cleaning the condenser pipe. I contributed to the production of local balls by doing research and development. This company is still the only condenser sponge ball manufacturer in our country and sells to many countries of the world.★ I have provided 40kWh energy efficiency per pump by revising the operating point conditions in thermal power plant cooling water pumps.★ I have provided the specifications and company discussions for the installation of the IG01 gas extinguishing system for 49 different areas in the field.★ Fixed bug related to level control in HP and LP heaters. Thus, an increase in efficiency of 0.5% to 5% was achieved in the heaters.★ I worked in the maintenance management system (INFOR) project. Show less
