Mapping planned benefits to program components and developing meaningful metrics and KPIs. Setting milestones for benefit achievement. Developing road map ensuring the ongoing and long-term sustainment of benefits to the organization.Providing stakeholder engagement by making stakeholders communication plan. Organizing monthly steering committee meetings inside or outside of country to establish program governance. Negotiating related stakeholders for decisions that will be taken in steering committee meetings. Preparing steering committee presentation and program status report and keeping stakeholders informed about current status of program.Identifying necessary skill sets for program and creating resource pools with respect to these skill sets. Providing resources by negotiating functional & non function units. Getting resource from vendors, solution providers or other companies that have outsource services. Developing resource plan to provide right resource in the right place at the right time.Initiating vendor selection process by establishing evaluation board. Preparing RFP documents with evaluation board for vendor selection. Organizing workshops with vendors so that they can understand our expectations and provide correct proposal. Evaluating and negotiating proposal with vendors.Initiating, planning, performing, transitioning, and closing programs components, and managing interdependencies between them. Tracking project plans to ensure that projects will be completed planned dates.Encouraging and supporting project teams to complete their task planned dates. Identifying potential risks in advance, analyzing them and taking precautionary action to reduce negative effects on program. Creating risk logs for program and project level and specifying action items for known risks.
