My role as CTO is to ensure that ID has the right portfolio of offerings, the sufficient working methods to meet our customers' expectations, and that these methods form the basis for knowledge transfer among our consultants. I also take charge of our knowledge creating studies that we carry out ourselves on own initiatives, together with academic institutions, and also as assignments from our clients.Furthermore, I keep writing books, although I always promise myself that "this one will be the last ". I am working on a new publishing idea just after releasing my latest book DATA DIPLOMACY on Technics Publications. The previous project was my contribution to the second version of the DAMA "Data Management Body of Knowledge" by writing the Data Architecture chapter.

As a member of the board I am expected to* Help market the call for speakers (out now!) and spread the word about the Conference* Evaluate the call for speakers submissions and advise on speakers and the programme* Review speaker presentation slides and/or potentially be a “track leader” and advise speakers in that track * Buddy up with inexperienced presenters for advice and coaching
