Being on the HR side of all recruitment exams, psychological assessment tests, assessment centre and interviews, evaluating the candidates by analyzing their test and interview results and preparing candidate reports for the senior management. Planning the HR needs of each department by analyzing their employee structure and potential needs. Supporting department managers with their HR decisions. Organizing career days, preparing and performing presentations to university students about the Turkcell's career possibilities, establishing and maintaining relationships with the top ranking universities of the country. Taking part in GNCYTNK project, new graduate recruitment program, as a project member in 2021 and project leader for 2022.
