The YetGen High School Talent Program is designed for young, entrepreneurial high school students who have successfully completed the YetGen Education Program and are entitled to receive a certificate; the program participants were informed about the operation of YetGen, they worked in the departments called “YetDeparts” for certain periods and gained experience, and after seeing the operation of almost every department, they had the opportunity to develop a project related to a department that carries out activities in their field of interest; In short, it is a free and online talent program where they have the opportunity to gain significant experience before moving on to business life by using their 21st century competencies.

YetGen is a 12-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Excel, Information / Media / Finance Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen process have been organized.I am completing the assignments given during the Yetkin Gençler Education and Awareness Program, and learn to establish my enterprise with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen process.

In the Software Department; I am working on Website, Database, Software and Discord Bot.

I mentored and guided the contestants in many project competitions, especially Tübitak and Teknofest.

I am the team captain of the project in the Teknofest 2023 competition, which we participated in the Disaster Management category of the Technologies for the Benefit of Humanity Competition.

With our project we developed in the field of chemistry, we came first in Erzurum region and represented our city and school at the Presidency in the 53rd TUBITAK Turkey final.
