I serve as a jury member for the Incubation Program at Startup House by Yıldız Technical University, one of Turkey's leading universities. In this role, I actively listen to entrepreneurs who applied for the program, evaluate their business ideas, focusing on their scalability, profiltability and sustainability. My goal is to contribute to the selection of ventures that will add value to the ecosystem and offer forward-thinking solutions.

As a jury member, I listen to the entrepreneurs presenting their projects which are admitted to Technopark, and evaluate their maturity, scalability, feasibility, profitability and sustainability prior to providing my opinion on their acceptance to the Technopark.

StartupCentrum Angel Investment Network, established by StartupCentrum in the third quarter of 2022, was approved by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. The angel investment network has established branches in Istanbul and Ankara. The aim of the network is to expand its operations to other major cities of Turkey and abroad.

We are co-hosting “Structured Mentoring Program” in partnership of Nova Nora with ITU Magnet. As the lead designer of the program, I act as the lead mentor, meeting periodically with entrepreneurs and help them address their specific business challenges. The tool was used to provide smart audit analysis on the financial data of audited firms. 3) Audit Impact Center: A shared service center established to maximize the efficiency of resource utilization by centralizing certain tasks and enhancing the capabilities of the field service teams. AIC was made of multi-disciplinary professionals including software developers, data engineers, accounting experts.

Major experiences: - IPO of Şok Marketler A.Ş.: One of the biggest IPOs in BIST Turkey with 538m$ raised from local and global investors. (2019) - IPO of TFI Food Investments in Nasdaq: TFI is the master franchisee of Burger King, Popeyes, Sbarro and many other fast food restraurant chains operating in Turkey and China. Although cancelled on the day before ringing the bell due to Nasdaq crash, a full-scale US IPO engagement has been undertaken in 2019. - Acquisition of Ak Gıda (Yıldız Holding) by Lactalis Group: Ak Gıda is one of the leading dairy products company in Turkey previously owned by Yıldız Holding. Dual track engagement having an IPO at BIST and also pursuing M&A opportunities, which ultimately ended up with the acquistion in 2015. - Global auditor of Godiva Chocolatier owned by Yıldız Holding - Auditor of major conglomerates in Turkey (Doğan, Borusan, Yıldız, Eczacıbaşı, Sabancı, Rönesans, ...) - Auditor of key full-scale privatization projects in Turkey - Major Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) projects in Turkey.

• Led large size multinational engagements in various industries with highly effective project management capabilities through detailed resource planning from initiation to finalization of each project.• Performed probing analysis of financial data based on various accounting frameworks, and provided value added findings to clients’ top management for opportunities of improvement where possible.• Prepared the budgets of each project and monitored the budget/actual variances for each project to ensure that the resources are utilized as planned, and the milestones are achieved on time. • Analysed the design and implementation of internal control structure of the companies to identify control deficiencies and provide value adding recommendations based on best practice benchmarks.• Coordinated multi task projects including mergers, acquisitions, spin offs, carve outs of large size entities, with purchase price allocations and other acquisition accounting details.• Achieved technical excellence in application of International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), US GAAP, Capital Markets Board (“CMB”) requirements, International Standards on Auditing, Integrated Audits in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley Regulations and SEC literature. • Involved in IFRS transformation of multinational conglomerates, which includes coordination with the top management, team of software specialists, and technical specialists, lined up in a pre-planned detailed time table. • Provided advisory services which include:  in-depth analysis of monthly cash flow statements of a group of companies to ensure that cash generating capacity of the group is properly placed,  investigation of transportation costs of a logistics firm to identify inefficient logistics lines and relocate the trucks more efficiently.  re-engineering the financial closing process of a manufacturing firm in order to shorten the financial closing period of the company with greater accuracy.

• Worked in Miami office for approximately 2 years, as part of the secondment program within Deloitte.• Main clients in USA included but not limited to Nortel Networks, American Households, Tyco International, Franklin Templeton Investments and DayJet, • For 12 months of the secondment program, at Nortel, led a team of approximately 20 staff person in average from various backgrounds, and with various duty allocations. • Acquired Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) from New Hampshire and Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”) certificates from Texas.

• Assisted to legal due diligence projects in mergers and acquisitions of large size multinationals. • Provided support in preparation of tax investigation reports.
