I completed my bachelor's degree in Middle East Technical University as Civil Engineer. Then I graduated MBA International Business in Geneva in 2018. I gained different perspective about business world and operation of corporate companies globally. Thanks to my MBA dissertation "Characteristics of housing bubbles, the case of Turkey", I gained the ability to view the real estate industry from different angles.After completing all my education, I have started to work at construction site and completed construction of 468 houses and a gas station successfully in Turkey. In the following period, I developed a real estate project of approximately 50.000 m2 including 5-star hotel, offices and commercial units. I managed negotiations with corporate brands for commercial units and international brands for the 5-star hotel. Moreover, I took the coordination responsibility of project design teams in all disciplines.Then, I started to work as a tender engineer in a company that participates in international and local tenders and I still work here. My task here is to follow both superstructure and infrastructure tenders globally, technical and financial qualification and eligibility analysis, potential business partnership analysis, market research, supplier identification, estimated cost analysis, bid collection, unit price analysis and final price determination by including direct and indirect costs. In addition to these, I take an active role in the examination of local Public Procurement Law legislation and regulations within the framework of relevant issues and in determining the necessary legal actions.
