As a studied Mechanical Engineer specialized in technical management and production technologies, I have several years of experience in complex area of R&D and 2.5 years experience in managing product development within a leading Tier1 Automotive supplier. Currently, I am engaged in leading multiple new product development initiatives in various stages of design and production. My main focus throughout my projects are North American and European OEMs. My role contains monitoring mechanical design teams to meet tough customer specifications on a global scale.My keen skills in Project and Stakeholder management, combined with strong communication skills, give me the ability to an effective leadership of a mixed background engineering and sales team.
