The project comprises to construct 129,600 m² land area of Rixos Aktau Hotel Theme Park (16 pieces entertainment units), 242,000 m² land area of Golf Court (9 Holes), 2,500 m² land area of Golf Club Building, 30,924 m² land area of 98 pieces Villas that includes 3+1 (1 floor, 63 pcs) 228 m², 4+1 (2 floor, 30 pcs) 448 m² and 5+1 (2 floors, 5 pcs) 624 m², 89,290 m² land area of Town Center, 11.5 km Promenade Road and 52,280 m² land area and 300 rooms of Fairmont Hotel.Area of Responsibilities:-Management and supervision of site team, including subcontractors. Reporting and liaising with PM as appropriate.-Establishing the working program and budget according to project milestones.-Excavation and backfilling works of Town Center, Promenade Road, Fairmont Hotel, Golf Court and Villas. -According to the working program, planning the work methodology and preparation of Method of Statements.-Construction structural and utility works of Villas, Golf Club Building and Fairmont Hotel.-Managing site as sufficient to ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently as per project specification.-Reviewing progress reports and coordination with Project Control Department.

The project comprises the construction and upgrade of the section of Rayyan Road from West of Olympic R/A to West of the New Rayyan R/A at the east. Total length of the improvement is approximately 11.5 km of roads and service roads with six interchanges including area utilities.The project includes Piling Works, Diaphragm Wall Works, Secant Pile Works, Pre-Stressed Anchor Works and 3,400,000 m³ of earth Works.R5 Underpass and 2 Flyover Bridge, R6 Tunnel and Underpass, R7 Flyover Bridge, R8 Underpass and F106 Underpass comprising Total 1,300,000 m³ of concrete,140,000 tons of rebar for structural works. 120,000 m of piping includes storm water drainage, treated sewage effluent, Potable Water and Foul Sewer networks for Mechanical Works. 220,000 m of cabling includes intelligent transportation system, upgrades to HV, MV and LV electrical, telecommunication networks and construction of electrical power stations for Electrical Works.330,000 m² of landscaping, 50,000 m Kerb and 745,000 m² Asphalt Works.

Marmaray CR3 Project comprises the upgrading of 63 km length of the commuter rail system through the Metropolitan Istanbul areas on either side of the Istanbul Strait, rail system is to be expanded from 2 to 3 tracks, 36 new and upgraded surface stations, replacement and new construction of 130 cross corridor highway, renewal of all electro-mechanical systems for the complete 77 km Marmaray Project and all necessary testing and commissioning works. Accomplishments; Controlled the work through Quality Control Plan for concreting activities and architectural works. Ensured the site works compliance with Methods of Statements. Monitoring of ground investigation, earthworks, concrete and Electrical & Mechanical activities.

İntern Engineer

Üskudar - Ümraniye - Cekmekoy Metro Construction and Electromechanical Works Project, comprises 20 Km Double Tunnel with 16 Station. Accomplishments; Controlled the work through site management for piling, deep excavation, anchoring, shot Crete, shuttering (incl. single sided walls) and concreting works in the stations of Cakmak, Ihlamurkuyu and Cekmekoy. Developed progress monitoring by means of enhanced tracking reports.
