I am a strategic digitalization and IT strategy professional specialized in innovation management. I have been working with innovation management, digitalization and IT strategy as a CEO, CIO, strategy consultant, researcher, developer, and entrepreneur for 20+ years. (I moonlight as a muaythai world champion and a kickboxing blackbelt.)My specialization is systematic digital transformation with special focus on digital innovation and emerging digital technologies. I am an international expert in the ISO Technical Committee 279 creating the international standard for Innovation Management Systems, I teach digitalization strategy methodology, innovation management and modern leadership in corporate courses, universities, and business schools. I have 15+ years as an IT- and digital strategist in large organizations and is a part-time researcher in digital management at Uppsala university.As a researcher I was the Director of RISE Uppsala which I helped to establish in 2014 and I am the former Director of the Swedish IT User Centre (NITA), a research center at Uppsala University, where I researched IT use and its implications on business and society in terms of open innovation. I teach innovation management at master's and Ph.D. levels at universities and business schools. I am a former muaythai world champion (2009) and I have a number of world-, european- and nordic championship medals and a 4th degree black belt in kickboxing. I am running muaythai gyms in Sweden and India, while having been the President of the Swedish Kickboxing Federation for 7 years.
