You probably heard the saying, "work smart, not hard!". It takes years to develop skills for many to apply them to their work. Only with experience and exchanging information with peers you can reduce the time it takes to learn how to think strategically and plan your actions on every project you lead in your life. Diversity and multiculturalism enrich and enable me to think outside of the box to appreciate people and behaviours. It's about changing things and making people think. Leading by example takes courage and shows ambition. Thus, I aim to make people think because making the change is what motivates me. I am experienced in auditing, handling claims, fraud detection and effectively leading litigated injury claims through all stages of the investigation, evaluation, case development, and settlement, applying consistent practices while following strategies to mitigate risk. Working in the industry gave me a better insight and made me understand its dynamics at a higher level. My innermost ambition is to develop as a person and collaborate with others to add value over time in everything I attempt because a life lesson that I learned is that any good plan may fail. That’s just the way it is. But if you don’t have a good plan, I guarantee that you won’t get far.
