Modularization execution approach was followed with USD 7.000.000 budget for 12 no’s of pipe racks housing Plant steam lines with dimensions of 30 m x 6 m x 8 m and with weight of 250 metric tons for each. Also, 7 no’s of local electrical rooms of the BOP Plant were modularized and brought to the construction site with all electrical, fire detection & protection, HVAC and I&C equipment on. Project: Exxon Neftegas Limited, Sakhalin-1, Odoptu First Stage Production, Odoptu, RussiaFluor was responsible for initial wellsite development, an onshore productionfacility, and a 79-km, 16-in. pipeline to the Chayvo offshore facility to produce35,000 BPD oil and 80 MSCFD gas, with a project scope of FEED, EPCM, andcommissioning.Responsibilities:• Design and design check of Modular Steel Structures (Essential Generators,Fire Eater Tank etc.).• Analysis and design of various types of conventional structures (Pipe Racks, Steel / Concrete Structures, Vertical/horizontal vessel foundations, pump foundations etc.)

Project: Marathon Petroleum Company, Garyville Major Expansion, Garyville, Louisiana, USAThe project entailed a new crude/vac unit, hydrocracker, coker, NHT, CCR, KHT,sat gas, and sulfur block (sulfur, amine, SWS, tail gas) at a grassroots 190,000BPD refinery.Responsibilities:• Analysis and design of various types of conventional structures (Pipe Racks, Steel / Concrete Structures, Vertical/horizontal vessel foundations, pump foundations etc.)
