My Experience varies from my first Job ever in Dunkin Donuts learning Customer service, to making donuts at 16 yrs old and obtaining a second Job in high school. Attended Fashion Institute of Technology, While working at pret a manger then top, Mercers Kitchen, Per Ser Bridgewater catering and so much more restaurant and catering companies. Developed a real love for food and decided to change the path to being a chef. Thanks to my father, he founded a free city program 3-month culinary school in Harlem, NY. I attended and real dived in fully. After 9 months Attended the French Culinary Institute and had the best learning and experience in France. Part of the opening crew at several restaurants, fine dining cooking experience, executive chef, marketing and advertising skills.
