Interacting with customers, subcontractors and architects.Working with minimal supervision while directing two to four employees ina safe manner.Reporting directly to the Division Manager and be required to complete anypaperwork and administrative requirements.Operating heavy equipment, such as skid steer, ditch witch, and etc.Operating truck and gooseneck trailer on a daily basis.

Developing deep client relationships by coaching 30-minute group HIITsessions, designing and developing workouts and programming,demonstrating exercises and movements, correcting form and modifyingmovements, and motivating clients to challenge themselves. Furthermore, Iensure client engagement and follow up by providing and receivingfeedback. I also participate in creating coaching, marketing, and awarenesscontent for social media to motivate and encourage members and prospects.In addition to these duties, I perform basic administrative tasks and basicjanitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Guarding entry points and verifying visitors by checking ID’s, looking forweapons by using metal detector wand.Patrolling stationed areas switching up throughout the night.Keeping tables and floors cleaned while scanning for any disturbances.Intervening in arguments between customers to de escalate anydisturbances.Breaking up fights and escorting unruly customers out of the building orholding the customer until police arrive depending on the situation.Escort customer hands free off premisesReporting intoxicated customers to upper management.Keeping constant communication through the club using radios.Filling out minor and major incident reportsIdentify suspicious behavior.Keep an accurate count of people in and out of the building so we stay atcapacity.

Responsibilities: Making sure that the clients have their medication, food, andhave what they need for the day. The clients are mentally challenged which always keeps meon high alert.
