IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Montenegro - Albania- Develop a detailed methodology and tools of research on youth job market demands ineach of the targeted areas (Montenegro and Albania);- To provide two-day training for 30 youth engaged in data collection through focus groups inthe targeted area, in Montenegro and Albania;- Supervise 2 focus group-discussions led by youth (previously as part of methodology definefocus group questions, how to conduct focus group and analyze data) in the targeted area;- Analyze, process and present the collected data;- Descriptive statistics and graphic displays;- Preparation of the final research report with data, findings and recommendations.

The general goal of this project is to promote a climate of tolerance, pluralism, respect and appreciation of diversity, improving the rights of minorities and creating an atmosphere of mutual acceptance, promoting tolerance by strengthening civil society.The project focuses on:1. Promoting tolerance, openness and respect by showing empathy and compassion for someone's words and deeds;2. Encouraging self-confidence in participants. Children who have self-confidence will easily accept differences and values ​​in others;3. Learning about other people's traditions, which will open new dimensions of understanding and understanding of the world in the minds of students;

• Identify the clusters to be surveyed;• Supervise and observe interviewers and measurers as they perform in the field;• Ensure that all team members follow instructions;• Answer team members' questions as they arise;• Control data quality by checking for errors during interviewing, checking that forms are completed fully and correctly, and checking that all respondents are answering the questions;• Identify problems and retrain interviewers who are doing their job incorrectly;• Check the work on the field editor and assist with editing as needed;
