• Responsible for a caseload of participants, providing a support role and stressing their needs based upon their individual action plans. • Working with participants on a one to one or group basis as appropriate whilst maintaining records. • Delivering employability and soft skills including confidence and motivation, CV writing, interview techniques, skills checks, digital skills and job search. • Accurately maintaining relevant IT and administrative systems and producing accurate and timely management information. Within the role of an employment coach, I worked with a caseload ensuring my participants received the information, advice and guidance on all aspects of their job search specifically looking at breaking down barriers for rewarding employment. Responsible for ensuring key performance indicators were achieved, meeting deadlines and targets of the programme. All with the aim of improving chances of gaining sustainable employment for unemployed participants with support, guidance and training

• Answering phone calls from the general public, prospective students, students and BPP campuses. • Ensuring an empty inbox everyday, replying to queries, sending registers, exam papers. • Experience with X3, completing registers, connect lists, setting up exams with Pearson’s Vue, AAT, and ACCA. • Invigilating Exams, building rapport with students and tutors. • Managing classrooms use – ensuring to make the most of the 15 classrooms using WebSchedules and directing students. As a customer service advisor, I ensured that the Uni was running smoothly, aiding tutors and managers with their requests and developing student relationships. Raising exams, contacting students, administrating students and then invigilating exams. Ordering stationery and carrying out stock, closing up the campus at 9pm and inspecting classrooms doing I.T. checks.

Agency Teaching Assistant, providing support to secondary school students with SEN within the classroom. Adaptability to different school settings travelling around Birmingham and West Midlands, as well as working with different pupils with different EHCP’s.

• Booking flights for business clients at a competitive price whilst making a profit • Booking hotels, rail tickets and car hire, both in and out of the U.K. • Creating invoices on Sage and relaying those to the those required. • Taking phone calls for requests of travel or hotels, replying to emails and ability to give a competitive quote. In this role I was able to continue with clients like the NHS, and Geldards Law firm as well as making new ones ensuring they would be a return costumer. Ensuring that all emails were replied too, everything that was requested was booked and perfect.

• Responsible for room requests for guests and upselling rooms from Ibis Budget to Ibis Classic. • Facilitate check in and check out for guests, including running credit cards for room stays, services, and other purchases. • Responsible for handling cash by conducting daily banking and credit card payments. • Answer phone calls and email requests for reservations, special requests from guests, and other customer service inquiries. • Handle customer complaints and problems, such as missing reservations and overbooked rooms, in a courteous manner to maintain customer satisfaction. • Coordinated with local hotels to create a network for assisting with overbookings and hotel book-outs. • Enrolling guest into Le club increasing the number of loyalty customers for the hotel and facilitating welcome gifts for Le Club members.
