•Record/Journalize daily receipts and disbursements, and other non-cash transactions of the company. • Supervise preparation of monthly commission and salary payments. • Prepare monthly financial statements such as Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Bank Reconciliation and other required financial reports. • Analyze and reconcile account balances and maintain its supporting documents and schedules such as Asset Register, Prepayment Schedule, and Schedule of Post-dated Cheque issued, Accounts and Loans Payable, and Cash Advances. • Monitor the cash standing of all bank accounts and transact with bank on matter such as deposits, withdrawals and transfers. • Prepare Cash Flow Forecast. • Prepare Score Card for each Sales Agent. • Prepare budget and analyze the variances against the actual expenses. • Supervise and assess the work of staff and direct the activities of the Accounting Unit. • Create and implement various controls to strengthen the internal control of the Company. • Prepare communications/correspondences related to Accounting Unit.• Year end Closing and handle the External Auditors

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statement including monthly, Quarterly and annual accounts as per IFRS.• Ensure all financial transaction are recorded on time and are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.• Report monthly divisional P&L variance analysis related to budget and forecast• Handling full accounts up to finalization of 2 Main & 4 subsidiary companies.• Prepare & present financials on monthly, quarterly basis and at year end.• Report, review and monitor projects progress for proper revenue, accounting and follow-up the reports on Account Receivable and collection.• Perform & Review budget against actual trading performance every period• Ensure all banking transactions are update in order to meet the financial reporting deadlines• Undertake focused analysis on Return on Investment performance, & Investment ongoing costs reviews• Analyzing Local and Foreign Investments performance & profitability.• Prepare reports, studies and plans of action for investment, using financial analyses.• Evaluate and compare the relative quality of various investments proposals in a given industry• Forecasting fund of the company on regular basis which allow the projected cash for new Business to act quickly & appropriately.• Collaborate with other finance department staff to support overall department goals and objectives.• Handling Finalization of 2 Subsidiary Company Located in United Kingdom as per the Law & Procedure.• Experience in creating reports.• Financial audit preparation and co-ordinate the audit process

Job responsibility includes: •Preparing monthly financial reports and related analysis (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss A/C).•Maintaining the accounts viz: purchases, sales, cash/bank payments, together with financial reports e.g. Monthly Invoices to Client, Bank reconciliation, costing and other related work.•Preparing the Monthly & Weekly Payment Plan report and same submitting to Financial Controller.•Prepare Budget V/s Actual Payment Plan reports on a weekly basis.•Prepare the Unearned revenue on monthly basis and passing the journal voucher entries.•Analyses profitability of all Related to External revenue as prepare any required details or financial analysis so required.•Providing the management reports to Finance and higher management as and when required.•Address the requirements of Auditors•Keep tracking on cost of company, cost analyzing, and cost reduction.
