Responsible for the Oracle HCM Cloud solution in its design, deployment, maintenance (defect resolution and evolution), and release management. Responsible for a team of Module Leads on Performance and Talent Management, Core HR and Compensation, Project Managers, as well as all activities contracted to Cap Gemini and other third-party providers and solution deployment partners - circa 30 internal and external.Solution Architecture, Core Model Design and Deployment, Release Management• Define and manage the solution architecture• Guarantee overall stability of the deployment program, including integration between modules and other IT systems• Assure Core Model alignment to function and business needs• Drive continuous improvement of the solution and coordinate release management• Represent the business as key Point of Contact with Oracle, lobbying and driving strategic direction of upcoming releasesGlobal Deployment Opportunity Assessment and Management• Design, build, and adapt the deployment program milestones and timelines by country• Oversee the correct application of solution and module deployment methodology• Provide the necessary resources to conduct deployment opportunity assessments • Ensure the highest quality of deliverables, within budget and on-time delivery of the solutionSupervision of Production/Business as Usual (BAU)• Ensure stability and quality of the solution in production.
