Current• Develop and deliver onboarding process for 200+ employees.• Execute and manage the Train-the-Trainer process at more than 10 client locations.• Assist with the development of training materials, product guides, user guides and PowerPoint presentations for internal use and client product rollouts.• Provide training to new employees and internal/external clients on proprietary software.• Administer Agile principles to ensure quality and timely work.• Perform training needs analysis and determined training objectives on multiple client project• Manage three-person team that creates and executes various training programs internally for colleagues and externally for clients.
