STAF- Specially Trained and Flexible Team to handle the business exigencies and implement strategic projects in a short duration. Worked on the following projects.- Designed an automated system to manage and monitor the off-role employees count to minimize manual intervention and flexible enough to incorporate varied business needs during surge period.- Sorter Logic Change & Logistic Planner Application which resulted in optimum utilization of sorters & inventory, removal of Intermediate Processing Centers, reduction in local carting cost.- Process set-up , systematic changes and cleanup of Database to improve the visibility of operational process in a super complex cross utilized processes.- Conceptualized and rolled out HRMS system for off-roll employees to capture and monitor their attendance, daily operational costs and other details. System had the capability to capture data from Biometric Systems, and operational dashboard to minimize the manual intervention. -Infra-Setup and Process Design for Processing Centers: Transition from Computers to Hand Held devices, implemented six-sigma loop-super loop concept. Resulted in creating flexible capacity and elimination of skilled manpower for processing.-Stabilization of East Zone (11 States) Last Mile Operations by making strategic and systematic changes to handle the unusual operation issues and customer preferences.

Worked on Expansion and Strengthening the Logistic Network.Planned and Monitored the off-role manpower requirement as per the Business and Strategy needs. Executed systematic changes needed for better visibility of Network and Processes, implemented the changes and monitored the compliance till stability.
