In this role, I was responsible for facilitating and collaborating with business and other functions for Hemophilia and genetic disease products, as well as providing quality/compliance oversight of company operations and ensuring activities were carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.It is worth noting that I helped to set quality standards/practices and risk management.In addition, I facilitated great engagement with business partners in order to give data-driven insights in the brand design process.Some of my key contributions are as follows: Developed cutting-edge medical strategies by filling knowledge gaps and meeting learning demands of patients. Established an extensive network of health system influencers such as patient advocacy groups, government agencies, and insurance companies; identified promising areas for collaborative research. Attained success in driving change and innovation by Initiating and directing the first Patient Support Program (PSP) for individuals living with hemophilia in Algeria.
