• Develop and execute medium and long term planning for VAS Services in line with strategic requirements, these include VAS design, deployment & interoperability, under IT product and services Department• Establishment of Budget forecast for CAPEX and Managing Budget around 5 Million $• Establishment of VAS technology roadmap• Set-up and Implementation of Marketing VAS/ Products and services process & roadmap• RFP preparation, vendor selection and projects management (according to PMI references) and Multiple VAS vendors’ management.• Manage a team of Team leaders, senior engineers and engineers to design and upgrade VAS infrastructure.

• Planning and launching of new services/promotions depending on market requirements to increase VAS usage and ARPU• Participate in deciding on the VAS Messaging technology roadmap• Assess Messaging technical roadmap according to MKT requirements• Evaluate and recommend suitable integration to new technologies.• Manage a team of senior engineers and engineers to design and upgrade VAS Messaging & SIM infrastructures.

• Study new value added services solutions with multiple vendors.• Manage VAS Solution integrations with all networks elements• Enhance the performances and analyse capacity utilization of VAS Nodes.• Study the business requirements for new services, offers and promotions through USSD, SMS, MMS.• Develop detailed technical guidelines, specifications and procedures for Messaging projects, Offers, services and promotions.• User Acceptance Testing document for new products/ Service/Upgrade and Enhancement.

• Second Level support and maintenance for VAS Messaging platforms • Ensure the Software/Hardware upgrade for messaging platforms• Vendors’ follow-up by regular meetings, conference calls.• Validation of support procedures for any upgrade and maintenance action

• First level maintenance and support for VAS/CS systems (SMSC, MMSC, VMS, MCN, CS Alcatel ...)

• Setting-up technical proposals, Site Survey, Support commercial agents, for access control solutions and automatons systems for intelligent buildings.• Manage and Support access control systems and LAN Networks on famous Algiers Hotels (Sofitel, Mercure from Accor Group) and other private Hotels / companies

• Study and supervise end to end LAN/WAN installations, management of team project and customers follow-up.
