Key Responsibilities • Work with project team and involved in procurement, construction, commissioning etc.• Manage project execution at site for Mechanical or Electrical distribution system, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system etc.• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and requirements.• Liaise with client, consultant, sub-contractor, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues.• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, space management, site activities.• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders.• Update As-Built drawing and prepare handover documents.• Prepare Methods of statement (MOS), installation, inspection test plan to the assign system & ensure work executed based on MOS, shop drawings and schedule & in compliance with respective industrial material construction specification.• Prepare technical presentation to clients.Project and Site Services • Plan and cordinate for machine ultilities hook up installation such as compressed dry air ( CDA ) , exhaust (GEX,AEX,CEX) , process water (PW) and etc..• Preparing budget needed for capital expenditure on standpoint of project.• Evaluate quoatation and proposal, considering job details to ensure meet the requirment with optimum cost • Prepare bil of quantities (BOQ), arranged and monitor subcontrator to perform job at site to ensure job being done with quality and safely manner• Work closely with EHS deparment to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standarts.

Key Responsibilities • Responsible for all M&E, C&S matters and to ensure smooth implementation of programs and overall planning and coordination whenever M&E aspects are involved. • Attend to Pre-contract matters, i.e Technical review, submission, tender preparation and evaluation and Post-Contract matters, i.e Arrangement and follow up for site supervision, coordination, quality control, T&C and handing over. • Attend to technical matters on site by developing solutions to problems with the application of M&E concepts, practices and techniques. • To check all M&E construction drawings and specification to ensure smooth handover and highlight any discrepancy that arise and other technical matters. • To coordinate works between sub-contractors and customer/ consultant and able to monitor, control and ensure the quality of works delivered at site. • To assist in tender exercise – tender spec compliance, quantity take-off, acquiring quotations, work program and other tasks as required by the superior. • Planning of works and resources to ensure timely completion.
