My job is still to ensure that we're growing with the most talented individuals out there.Focus on coaching our recruiting teams, implementing strategies for the Talent Management department and creatively adapting to a constantly changing market. I'm based in Stockholm and I oversee the recruiting process and our talent management strategies in all our offices across Europe. Worked pre-opening and opening.

In charge of F12 Restaurants all departments.- Catering, Dining Room and Nightclub.F12 is one of Sweden's top restaurants. Awarded a one star Michelin rating since 1997. During my time here, we were awarded the highest rating for service, two consecutive years. One of the years we also won the highest rating overall of all restaurants in Sweden. I was also involved in the planning and implementation of a three-day-event with Thomas Keller, owner and proprietor of two three-star-Michelin restaurants - Per Se, NYC and The French Laundry, Napa Valley. We served 90 patrons per night, a 17-course dinner. This was a very challenging task that included very complicated logistics, a one-week-stage at Per Se Restaurant in NYC for myself, the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs and the Beverage Director.This event was a great success and generated a lot of PR and a buzz that lasted a long time.
