• Reviewing work order requests in the queue and responds to semi-routine work orders by adhering to commitment times.• To rack and stack semi-routine customer equipment tickets.• Supporting semi-routine data center standard operating cross-connect work order requests (installs, terminations, modifications, and testing).• Supports semi-routine standard operating testing and standard operating installations of customer assets.• To support standard operating procedural tasks provides back-up assistance to team members when necessary.• Delivering a high level of service and an excellent customer experience when interfacing with customers.• To support fulfillment of projects that follow standard operating procedures; if projects deviate from standard procedures, then works under supervision.• Providing support to new hires.

• Cabinet layout, cold and hot aisle design and selection of suitable products after POC process according to the structural features in the Data Center room.• Planning the placement of copper and fiber cable ducts, determining the type and/or quantity of fiber and copper products to be used, and performing cable test procedures. (UTP, FTP, Fiber)• Planning the energy and cooling capacity and product placement in the cabinet.• Carrying out the transactions requested through the Help/Service desk and Ticketing software.• Installation, disassembly, energy and data cabling of the devices (router, switch, server, firewall, storage, etc.) in the Data Center.• Installation, disassembly and configuration of PDU, camera, cabinet lock, temperature and humidity sensors.• Planning and realization of Data Center White Space operations.• Documentation of Data Center related items.• Preparation of tender specifications, instructions, procedures and flow diagrams.• Management of Data Center assets via Excel, Visio and DCIM.• Performing controls and requested actions by connecting devices with the help of console when necessary.• Accompanying the works to be carried out by 3rd party companies.• Monitoring of systems with BMS and PMS and similar monitoring tools.• Finalization and troubleshooting on WDM, ODF, SDH, Reglet

• Operation of LAN, WAN, WLAN, IPT and video conferencing systems, identifying root causes of problems and developing permanent solutions.• Monitoring (Solarwinds, PRTG)
