I am a problem solver and my first goal is to seek root-cause of the problems and solve problems efficiently and create fast more value to stakeholders. I get excited about new things and development actions. My passions are continuous improvement, leadership and operation development, business, and operative operations analytics. I have several years’ of miscellaneous background in the mechanical and project industry. In my career, I have worked in many different positions as a welder, quality, operation, and business development, subcontracting, and engineering duties. I understand practice work and therefore I will be able to connect between theory and practice work.My Master studies have included mostly production technology and development, business and operation management, and development courses.
