About Håkon Svennes Underbakke

I've been interested in IT and coding since I was a kid, doing various personal projects as well as a couple of websites for local businesses. Since then, I have worked as a front end developer, IT-consultant, legal tech developer, and full-stack developer. Some companies that I've worked on projects for include NDLA, Equinor, Telenor, Capgemini, LIGL Advokater. I'm currently hired full-time as a senior front end consultant and CEO for my own company, Ryfylke React AS, mainly working with React & Typescript. UX is also a big interest of mine, and I strive to develop accessible, clean, well designed websites that feel good and logical to use. I would say I've built up an eye for design over the years, mostly through experience, and analysing user patterns, trends, and what works in practice when it comes to web design and user experience.Besides tech, I'm also a big music enthusiast - love to listen and love to play. I've been playing drums for 10+ years, I also fiddle with the guitar & bass, and I produce electronic music online as Sl1ck. I've also dabbled a tiny bit in video/photo-editing, and am familiar with relevant digital tools.
