As a believer in Jesus Christ, Hal's priorities in life are living his personal Christian faith, loving his family, and serving others through coaching and mentoring. Hal has been honored and blessed to help hundreds of people through coaching conversations by utilizing his spiritual gifts of listening, asking thought-provoking questions, encouraging, teaching, understanding, mercy and leadership.With over 25,000 hours of coaching experience, Hal's coaching career has included people from all walks of life, including men, women, teens, contributors, leaders and executives. Through many experiences, mistakes, and successes, Hal has gained the knowledge to assist others as they walk through life and deal with the many challenges they may encounter. His goal in life is to "succeed by helping others succeed." This includes his family and those God places in his life.Having begun his career in part-time ministry as a youth pastor, minister of music, and senior pastor, he was led to serve in the business community to provide a day to day witness of God's love to those around him. He started his business career as a contributor and was honored with numerous promotions that led to several executive leadership roles and responsibility for more than 4000 employees. Having held executive leadership roles in operations, human resources, merchandising, marketing, publishing, eCommerce and purchasing, he has a well rounded perspective of people and their challenges and ambitions in life. Hal has been privileged to coach, train, and mentor hundreds of individuals and watch them grow and succeed in their personal and professional lives.
