Schulte Manufactures a full range of Heavy Duty Ag and Commerical designed Rotary Cutters, Rock Removal and Snow Removal Equipment. I have been involved in the Sales and Marketing of these items since before I officially started with Schulte. The company was family owned and started by my Great Grandfather Caspar Schulte in 1912 and by my Grandfather John Schulte who learned how to Blacksmith under his father. My father Jim Carnago moved to Canada in the mid 60's after meeting my mother Lani Schulte, John Schulte's daughter in Florida while he was in the USA Airforce. My father Jim Carnago started the ground work for Sales and Marketing for Schulte in the late 60's by working with our first distributor in Huron SD which we still have and use today. I worked under my father and learned the trade of Sales and Marketing through distributors and representatives and today we mainly use Representatives throughout the USA and distributors over seas. Our business has won several export awards over the years and was named Sask Business of the year in 2005 and just recently were runner up for STEP Exporter of the year in 2013. Our business and our Sales and Marketing has been very much pioneering efforts in different countries around the world and recently we have entered into the Asian markets with much of our product range. Schulte is a very well know product around the globe and without the efforts of the Sales and Marketing pioneering new areas the business would not have grown to where it is today.
